Daniel Preciado

My name is Daniel Preciado and I am 19 years old. I am a sophomore Sport Analytics major and Cognitive Science and Economics dual minor at Syracuse University. When I am not in New York, I live in Whittier, California --- not too far from Chavez Ravine. I am pretty old-school for being an analytics guy and I will always embrace debate. Also, Chase Utley did absolutely nothing wrong.

  1. Donaldson is 34 years of age!!!! Aren’t there any young players Af could go after who might positively impact our team? Could it be we might go after Rendon? I doubt it because it involves a major financial outlay. And, IMHO, we need SP and BP help. And a RHB. And why would Rendon leave the Nats? He has a WS ring, and a nice team around him. An infield of Rendon-Seager-Lux- Max sounds nice. Outfield of Belles- Verdugo-Joc/Taylor isn’t bad. Pollock, Kiki, Barnes, and a BP pitcher or two are expendable. But, I do not envision it happening. Go Blue!!!

  2. I’d love it if the Dodgers could somehow land Betts. He fits perfectly. I think a combo of Ruiz and another mid-level pitching prospect should get the job done. If it’s major league talent the Sox want, consider Pederson. He’s got huge power. Slotting Betts into that Dodgers lineup, and moving Belly to center…wow. That would be incredible. The Dodgers need righty pop. Betts fits the bill!

  3. Well we lost out on Will Smith….
Who else can replace Jansen and Baez?
Please trade both for a really good young pitcher!
    We need Rendon……l
    We need Cole…….

  4. Lux third base, Seaver short, Muncy second, Turner first, Bellinger, Verdugo, outfield…..Dodgers need pitching. Bring up best prospects. Test them in Winter ball. Then go after what is best for team don’t spend on 30+ year olds. There are Rookies you can use for cheap….save money and see what will improve team after a few months into season. Be wise or you will end up empty again.

  5. I like Donaldson… Along with
