Pasadena PD has submitted the results of its investigation to the LA County District Attorney’s Office who will now determine if the former Cy Young award winner will be charged. No way Bauer EVER pitches for the Dodgers again. The organization desperately wants to win the World Series again but alienating at least 50% of their fans is not something they will do to win it. If they are stuck with Bauer they will trade him and pay a big portion of his salary. That is if any team is dumb enough to take him.They will eat the entire contract if the morals clause does not invalidate the contract.The Dodgers are all about family values and no way Bauer fits that description.
